  • 1 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 jar of pasta sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese, for the topping

Directions:

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, parmesan cheese, minced garlic cloves, salt, and pepper, then mix them all together using your hands until well combined. Grab a small amount of meat at a time, then roll them into small balls, and set them aside. Place a frying pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add some olive oil, and start adding the meatballs. Turn them occasionally and lightly cook them until nicely seared on all sides making sure not to overcook.

Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese all over the top, then put it in the preheated oven, then let it bake at 180°C or 356°F for about 20 minutes, remove the foil, put it back in the oven, and let it cook an additional 20 minutes or until nice and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!
